Letters from the Executive Director
From the Desk of Angie Jeffords: Let me be clear!
Let me be clear. We are a private non-profit partner to a public city governmental agency. Together, with your support and input, PLAY reaches beyond the basics.
From the Desk of Angie Jeffords: Access is Personal to Me
The idea of access is not abstract to me. It’s deeply personal. We hold the idea of access to extend to both physical and financial barriers. We do much work in this area, but one is particularly urgent this season.
From the Desk of Angie Jeffords: Thank you for Giving
I would like to express my immense gratitude for the support PLAY Boulder received on Colorado Gives Day. It was truly inspiring to see the power of community in action, as over 100,000 Coloradans came together to participate in this annual day of giving.
From the Desk of Angie Jeffords: Reflections on Trees & People
Eth-no-bo-tany: the scientific study of the relationship between humans and plants. I heard this term recently and now I can’t seem to get it out of my mind! I’ve been looking around and notice my own relationship with plants.
