About EXPAND
EXPAND enhances the quality of life for people with disabilities and their families in our community.
EXPAND programs provide people with physical differences, mild traumatic brain injuries, or neurological conditions access to specialized programs, Special Olympics training, cultural arts/leisure activities and other inclusive programming. The program receives operational funding from the Parks and Recreation budget for inclusive programs, however other specialized programs rely on external funding.

Friday Night Fun
A bi-monthly evening event where participants gather to swim, play, and learn in a supportive and inclusive environment.
Outdoor Adventure Camp
A new offering to create even more outdoor-oriented activities for EXPAND participants. Supported with assistance from PLAY Boulder.
Camp Amico
A 6-week summer camp experience with water sports, camping, and the thrill of a summer outdoors where participants can gather for an amazing time regardless of ability.
