Greg Tucker, a retired biopharma executive, is passionate about the mental and physical health of youth in the Boulder community. He brings over 25 years of senior level executive experience to PLAY Boulder Foundation.  He built his professional career by solving complex problems and rallying high performance work teams to a common cause (drug development and approvals) and hopes to use these skills to advance the goals of PLAY Boulder Foundation.

A long time swim coach in the Boulder Valley School District, Greg directs his current activities to ensuring premier aquatics facilities and services in the community. He is active in the Reimagine South Boulder Recreation Center group and the Boulder Community Aquatics Coalition.

Greg has lived in Boulder for almost 30 years and has always enjoyed the many opportunities offered by our parks and recreation. He and his wife raised two children in Boulder. Greg loves adventure hiking with his wife, is a coffee enthusiast and has recently embarked on the study of the black experience in America.
