Angie has been an active part of the Boulder community since 1974, bringing a lifetime of personal and professional experience to her role as Executive Director of the PLAY Boulder Foundation. Under her leadership, the foundation continues to thrive as a vital partner to Boulder Parks and Recreation, fostering equity, building community, and creating innovative programs that unite people through play and shared purpose.

With a proven track record as a successful nonprofit leader, event organizer, and fundraising expert, Angie’s passion lies in collaboration and connection. Her commitment to the values of integrity, community, partnership, equity, and stewardship remains at the heart of PLAY Boulder’s mission.

Angie and her husband Scott both grew up in Boulder and cherish spending time with their many friends and family. Always looking for their next adventure, they love getting outdoors with their dog, Huxley. They are happiest when the weather is good and their adult children are in town to adventure, make memories, share good food and plenty of laughter.
